Strategy Planning for growth – Digital Health Businesses

March 17 @ 9:30 am - 3:30 pm

Do you need help to understand and scale your innovation? Or would you like to understand how to overcome barriers to market?

EPIC eHealth are hosting a one-day fully funded workshop to help small businesses owners like you to be able review your strategy, covering where you are now, where you want to be, and how you can get there.

Led by Gary Jennings, who works with Digital HealthTech innovators, from apps to AI, robotics to remote monitoring, to bridge key gaps, support their business and product from early stage protocol and co-design through to commercialisation and revenue generation. Often SMEs seek his support to help them align to the NHS, which they can then use to drive their global ambition too!

Over the course of the day we will look at:

  • Your USPs – We will look at what is valued, the key messages that must be communicated and assumptions that must be addressed.
  • How you can grow – Highlighting scarce resources, teaching you how to identify the real barriers to your success and unblock these to move forward and grow.
  • Moving forward – We break down the milestones of the four requirements of a Digital Health innovation to review next steps and key actions required for development.

The day will run from 9.30am until 3.30pm, lunch and refreshments will be included.

Held at the EPICentre, within the Health and Wellbeing Innovation Centre.

Pay and Display parking is available at the facilities onsite in Treliske.

Book now to secure your space!
